Cantaloupe Dream
1 Cantaloupe
300 ml Wasser
2 mixen, wird schaumiger Fruipuccino :)
Berry Dream
500 g Erdbeeren
250 g Blaubeeren
2 Bananen
4 Datteln
Alles in Würfel schneiden. Die Hälfte der Erdbeeren mit den Datteln zu einer Soße pürieren.
Spinache, red cabbage, kohlrabi, pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, radicchio.
Dressing: orange+lemon juice, mustard, 1 tsp almond-cashew butter, a sprinkle of salt.

Since I’m experimenting with the 80/10/10 LFRV way of eating, i just couldn’t cope with the plane salad with blended tomatoes and mango. I’m just not there yet… Today I created this wonderful dish. It tasted amazing!
Dressing:
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Juice of 1/2 Orange
1 tsp almondbutter
1 tsp coriander-fig-mustard (homemade)
1/2 glove of garlic
For the slaw:
Red cabbage
Celery (root)
Apple (Boskop)
Green onion
Chop veggies very thinly. Mix sauce and toss veggies in. Let marinate for 15 min. I prepared mine around lunch time and ate it for dinner. Arrange on Raddicchio leaves and a bed of tomatoes.
Late Lunch
Really really dark green juice (a bit yukky… to be honest) with leftovers: parsley, lettuce, radish, apples.
Bananas with blended strawberrys (very yummy… to be honest :)
Frühstück
4 Bananen in Stücken, 3 Bananen und 2 Orangen püriert, 1 Prise Zimt
“Non”Milchreis
125 g Milchreis
500 ml Reismilch (Alnatura)
1 El Cashewsahne (selbstgemacht)
1 Prise Salz
Kokosblütenzucker (Dr.Goerg)
Zimt
Reis und Reismilch zusammen in einem großen Topf kurz aufkochen, Salz hinzufügen und auf niedrigster Stufe ca. 25min köcheln bis der Reis gar ist. Zum Schluss einen Schuss Cashewsahne hinzufügen und alles gut vermengen. Mit Kokosblütenzucker und Zimt bestreuen.

Lazy Sundays
Treating myself on a weekend breakfast:
Smoothie with banana, apple, 2 oranges, 1 hand full mint, 1 hand full of spinache, water, ice
Vegan glutenfree cupcake with frosting made out of 1 cup home ground brown rice flour, 1/3 cup cacao, 1 banana, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp corn starch, 1 heaping tbsp virgin coconut oil, 1 cup water, 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1 pinch cinnamon/vanilla/salt. Bake at 200*C - 15-20min (they are ready when they are firm to the touch but still gowy inside, stick should NOT come out clean). Frosting made of 1:1 ratio of cacao powder and maple syrup.
